Daylu ("we", "our", or "the app") is a countdown and date tracking app for iOS. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what information Daylu collects, how it is used, and your choices.

Information We Collect

Daylu does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers.

All data you create in Daylu — including date names, dates, colors, images, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly use Apple's built-in iCloud sync.

Analytics

Daylu uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data such as:

• App opens and screen views
• Feature usage (e.g., adding a date, changing a theme)
• Device type, OS version, and app version

This data is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you personally. It helps us understand how the app is used so we can improve it. No names, dates you track, or personal content is included in analytics.

In-App Purchases

Daylu offers optional in-app purchases processed through Apple's App Store and managed by RevenueCat. We do not have access to your payment information. Purchase history is managed by Apple and RevenueCat in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

Widgets

Daylu provides home screen and lock screen widgets via Apple's WidgetKit. Widget data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to any server.

Photos and Images

If you add a background image to a date, the image is stored locally on your device. Daylu does not upload images to any server.

Third-Party Services

Daylu integrates the following third-party services:

• Firebase Analytics — anonymous usage analytics (Firebase Privacy)
• RevenueCat — in-app purchase management (RevenueCat Privacy)

These services may collect anonymous device identifiers as described in their respective privacy policies.

Children's Privacy

Daylu does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not require account creation or personal information to use.

Data Retention

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data. Anonymous analytics data is retained by Firebase in accordance with Google's data retention policies.

Your Choices

• You can delete any date or data within the app at any time.
• You can delete the app to remove all locally stored data.
• You can limit ad tracking and analytics in your device's Settings > Privacy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
